Welding / Fabrication
Our total commitment to the latest techniques and technology is evident at each stage of production in the fabrication of structural and pipe-work products. All welding is to ASME IX 6G and ASME IX 6GR low hydrogen root fill and cap. MIG welding is carried out to the same high standard. Our workshop facilities include a 4330 sq ft fabrication shop.
Procurement & Logistics
We specialise in procuring parts, equipment and ship's spares. Our well-developed network of local, national and international suppliers affords us the ability to source the parts and equipment required by our clients at short notice. We work around-the-clock to ensure deliveries are made to the necessary schedule. Our relationships with international freight forwarders enables us to facilitate delivery worldwide.
Electrical Repairs
We offer electrical repairs around-the-clock. Whether in a marine or industrial environment, for big jobs or small, we can almost always have electricians on-site within a matter of hours.
Warehousing & Storage
Our warehouse facility based just off the Liverpool Dock Road provides an ideal temporary storage solution for vessels berthing in the Port of Liverpool. We can be available to receive or make deliveries 24/7 and are similarly able to provide craneage and banksmen around-the-clock should they be required.
Equipment & Plant Hire
We have a wide range of marine, industrial and protective equipment available for hire. Our network of local suppliers also enables us to source additional plant and equipment at short notice if required. We specialise in heavy lifts & cargo handling; we have trained riggers & banksmen available around-the-clock and we can provide craneage as required.
Fenders
We have several 1.5m (dia.) x 2m pneumatic fenders available for hire. Our teams are available 24/7 to delivery and deploy these anywhere in the Merseyside area.
Line-handling
Our line-handlers have brought in and secured cruise ships, naval vessels and work-boats alike on the Liverpool Cruise Terminal for more than 7 years. In addition to operating from the quay-side, we also regularly provide riding crews to assist vessels in and out of the Port of Liverpool.
Surface Preparation & Painting
Application of Alkyds, acrylated rubbers, high build epoxy, specialist marine anti-corrosive and anti-fouling paints. Full technical back-up and paint report where specified by the customer. We undertake all new and planned maintenance painting projects.
Cargo Handling
We carry out securing of various types of cargo into vessels. Experienced personnel carry out traditional shipyard rigging involving moving large heavy pieces of machinery around confined spaces such as engine rooms. The personnel are also extensively involved with lashing heavy lifts into vessels as cargo. Load testing and certification is carried out as part of the rigging service.
