We provide a wide range of engineering & fabrication services – these range from fitting and removal of sea-fastenings, steel fabrication works and shell-plate repairs to load-testing and provision of NDT.

Our commitment to the highest standards and latest technologies is evident at every stage during the the fabrication of structural and pipe-work products. Our welders are coded to BS EN 287-1 (ASME IX equivalent) and routinely provide support with vessel mobilisations/de-mobilisations, emergency repairs and other fabrication work nation-wide. Our workshop includes a 4330 sq ft fabrication shop with facilities for MIG welding.

We have a wide range of marine, industrial and safety equipment available for hire. Our network of local suppliers also enables us to source additional plant and equipment at short notice if required. We can provide fork lifts, telehandlers, mobile cranes, access platforms — including scissor lifts & cherry pickers — and a wide range of other plant and equipment, all with trained operators and support staff around-the-clock.

We specialise in procuring parts, equipment and ship’s spares. Our well-developed network of local, national and international suppliers affords us the ability to source the parts and equipment required by our clients at short notice. We work around-the-clock to ensure deliveries are made to the necessary schedule. Our relationships with domestic and international freight-forwarders enables us to facilitate onwards delivery worldwide.

Our experienced riggers carry out loading and securing of a wide variety of cargo, both on-board vessels and for road transportation.

Experienced personnel carry out traditional shipyard rigging involving moving large heavy pieces of machinery around confined spaces such as engine rooms, as well as cargo holds. Our personnel are also extensively involved with lashing heavy lifts into vessels as cargo.

Our secure warehouse facility based just off the Liverpool Dock Road provides an ideal temporary storage solution for vessels berthing in the Port of Liverpool. We can be available to make or receive deliveries 24/7 and are similarly able to provide equipment and personnel around-the-clock to assist with loading or discharge if required.

To compliment our warehouse facility, we can facilitate 24/7 deliveries throughout the United Kingdom. From boxes and pallets to large specialist equipment, our trained slingers & banksmen can collect or deliver any load at any time. Our relationships with domestic and international freight-forwarders also enables us to facilitate onwards delivery worldwide.

We have several 1.5m (dia.) x 2m pneumatic fenders available for hire. Our teams are available 24/7 to delivery and deploy these anywhere in the Merseyside area.

Our line-handlers have brought in and secured cruise ships, naval vessels and workboats alike on the Liverpool Cruise Terminal for more than 7 years. In addition to operating from the quay-side, we also regularly provide riding crews to assist vessels in and out of the Port of Liverpool.

Our line-handlers are experienced at working in all weather and environments – on the quay, mooring dolphins, on-board vessels or from a gig boat.

We provide water analysis & treatment services for many vessels in the Port of Liverpool. We can deliver sample bottles or send personnel to collect samples in-person. Samples are sent for analysis at a UKAS-accredited laboratory, a full report is issued and any follow-up action can be programmed as needed.

We offer electrical repairs around-the-clock. Whether in a marine or industrial environment, for big jobs or small, we can almost always have electricians on-site within a matter of hours.
